Prices, payment options

All prices are final. We do not pay VAT. Prices do not include any shipping costs or customs. Payments are possible to provide only via bank transfer.

Payment by Bank transfer

Required information for the payment will be sent to the buyer in an e-mail confirming receipt of the order. The issued invoice shall be payed in 14 days. If the buyer is in delay with the payment, the seller will send a reminding email. If the seller does not receive payment or any message about the status of a payment within 5 working days from the expiry of the due date specified on the invoice, the order will be automatically canceled.


The items „in stock“ are usually shipped in 5 working days, the items „on request“ are produced and shipped within 2 weeks.

– National delivery – 99 CZK, only Czech Republic, delivery time 3-5 days

– International delivery – 500 CZK, only EU except UK, Cyprus, delivery time 3-8 days, US – 950 CZK, delivery time 15days

Exchange and return policy

You can return items without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the order was delivered. When the returned goods are undamaged, clean and complete, we will immediately refund your credit card. The shipping cost for returning goods pays the buyer.

International orders

We use shipping company Czech post and DPD for international orders. The shipping within European Union there are free of duties, taxes or any additional costs. Goods shipped outside the EU may be charged by import taxes. For exact calculation of  the shipping costs outside EU please contact us.

Cancelling Order

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery fee will not be refunded.


The warranty period is 24 months. Warranty covers defects that have their origin in manufacturing. If the product is damaged or modified by the buyer, the warranty will not be approved.


If the product is damaged at the moment of delivery, the Buyer must inform the Seller within two days of delivery via email (see „ Exchange policy” and “Return policy”). If the defect is found later, the Buyer must inform the Seller as soon as the defect is discovered.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to goods. A warranty claim is denied if the goods were damaged during delivery (the Buyer should address this with the carrier). In case there are signs of unauthorised opening of the package, but also in the above-mentioned cases it is in the interest of the Buyer not to accept the delivery. By signing the delivery receipt, the Buyer certifies that the delivery meets all terms and conditions listed above.
